This Kaltenbach KF 1606 Flat and Plate Processing System, for drilling and flame cutting of flat steel and sheet metal, was manfactured in the year 2008 in Germany. It comes with a bore diameter of 6 - 40 mm, a floor-plate width of 1.600 mm and a floor-plate length of 6.000 mm. The max. workpiece weight is 5000 kg and sheet metal can be processed from 6 to 60 mm thickness. The boring spindle runs with 150 - 2000 rpm and has 26 kW drive. In addition the machine has an automated tool changer with 6 magazin slots. With the transport system featuring feed and outfeed roller conveyors sheet metal lenght up to 6000 mm can be fed and up to 2000 mm can be outfed. Next to the standard equipment the machine comes with several extra options: Contour Marking, Tear plate processing, Plasma cutting system Kjellberg Hi Focus 280i and a Dedusting system for the plasma cutting system See original equipment list as PDF (German) attached.
