Qualitative Machine Benefits

• This is a vertical lathe with powered tools and a y-axis that is fed by a robot. You stack the products in the bin, the machine produces the first side, the robot turns the disc over and then the machine produces the second side. When the product is ready, the robot puts it away in the discharge bin.
• The window is leaking, so some emulsion runs into it during processing (you can also see this in the photo).
• The control screen sometimes does not work properly, which is why we have placed a second screen with a keyboard next to it that we work with.
• The machine is equipped with vdi30 tool holders.
• The machine is also equipped with a renishaw lp2 measuring probe to measure the product.
